The Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) is opening its waitlist and accepting applications online for the Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV). The HCV program is a rental assistance program that assists extremely low- and very low-income families with their rent in the private market.
